After a quick meet-and-greet, we’ll send a project summary outlining the scope, timeline, pricing, and engagement letter. Once signed, we’ll officially kick things off and guide you through each step from there.

Most projects are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly content is provided. We’ll set a timeline that works for your schedule and communicate clearly along the way.

We base our prices on a flat hourly rate of $50/hr. We consider everything from strategy and design to collaboration time—so you get thoughtful, high-impact results without surprises.

Once we send your first draft, we’ll issue an invoice for 50% of the total project cost. The remaining 50% is due at launch. We accept credit cards, ACH, and business cards through Stripe.

We'll set up a shared Google Drive where you can easily upload any logos, images, bios, copy, or links you’d like us to include. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through what’s needed and when.
