  • Most projects are completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on complexity and how quickly content is provided. We’ll set a timeline that works for your schedule and communicate clearly along the way.

  • We base our prices on a flat hourly rate of $50/hr. We consider everything from strategy and design to collaboration time—so you get thoughtful, high-impact results without surprises.

  • Once we send your first draft, we’ll issue an invoice for 50% of the total project cost. The remaining 50% is due at launch. We accept credit cards, ACH, and business cards through Stripe.

  • We'll set up a shared Google Drive where you can easily upload any logos, images, bios, copy, or links you’d like us to include. Don’t worry—we’ll walk you through what’s needed and when.

  • Yes! We’re happy to review, polish, or lightly write content based on your goals and tone. If you’re stuck, we’ll help you find the right words to reflect your practice and message.

  • Absolutely. Whether you’re starting from scratch or want to refresh your look, we offer branding and logo design to create a cohesive, professional identity.

  • Yes! All of our websites are fully responsive and optimized to look great on phones, tablets, and desktops.

  • Definitely. While we specialize in Squarespace, we’ve helped clients move from WordPress, Wix, and others. We’ll build your new site in the background and coordinate the transition for a smooth, low-stress switch.

  • Yes—we’ll create your new site behind the scenes while your current one stays live. Once it’s ready, we’ll transfer it to your account with minimal downtime.

  • We’re here for you long after launch. From quick updates to future redesigns, we offer ongoing support and are always just a message away.

  • Yes! We offer social media graphics, business cards, brochures, and more—so everything feels cohesive, online and off.
