Challenge

Rize operates in an intensely competitive—and at times, predatory—corner of the e-commerce world. Because of this, they avoid spotlighting their clients directly. No flashy testimonials. No client-branded visuals. Just quiet, results-driven success.

They needed a brand that could still feel bold, expert, and credible—without relying on the usual show-and-tell tactics. Their existing website and materials were piecemealed and outdated. Our goal was to craft a new brand system that could anchor everything from their internal pitch decks to a fully redesigned, conversion-optimized website.

Approach

From the beginning, this project was a true collaboration. Kate brought clarity and thoughtfulness to the table—along with a deep understanding of Rize’s niche. Through messages, reference sites, and a live strategy call, we mapped out goals, constraints, and creative possibilities.

We identified key needs:

  • A new logo with layered meaning

  • A fresh but grounded color system

  • Cohesive visual identity without relying on client assets

  • Future-ready materials for a website, PDF flyers, and LinkedIn

  • Strategic use of stock/lifestyle imagery to reflect the agency’s voice

Brand Identity

We presented multiple custom logo concepts, each with its own narrative:

  • Ascend & Embrace – A warm, structured design with soft curves and an upward diamond-inspired mark.

  • Layers of Purpose – A logomark representing transformation, with layered geometric shapes echoing Rize’s multifaceted service model.

  • Momentum Forward – A dynamic series of arrows, symbolizing scalability, clarity, and directional growth.

  • Momentum Refined – A variation of Concept 3 with Kate’s refinements, simplifying the form while keeping the core message.

We also explored multiple color palettes across the 4 concepts—pairing bold blues, soft neutrals, and energetic accents like red and neon teal.

In the end, we landed on a concept using the tall rizing arrow and a deep teal + neon green palette—a design that felt both elevated and expansive.

Results

Final deliverables included:

  • A high-resolution logo suite

  • Brand guidelines PDF

  • Color system and type recommendations

  • Custom icon concepts and visual direction

  • Design inspiration board for future assets

  • Canva presentation deck and 1-pager templates

The new brand positions Rize as a polished, confident player in the Amazon ecosystem. It reflects their true value: trustworthy experts who get results without the flash.
